Each year since our company was founded, we have been giving young people the opportunity to complete a (normally) three-year commercial or technical training course in our company. The motivation and personalities of our trainees is the key for us.

Planning, performance and monitoring of the most diverse business and management areas in Sales and Marketing, Materials Management, Human Resources as well and Finance and Accounting.

Manufacture of ceramic products from clay and glazes as well as manufacture of work molds out of plaster. Tasks comprise shaping, drying, refining and firing of the products.

Operation, monitoring, servicing and maintenance of machines and systems for the manufacture of ceramic products. Inspection of the products in the control laboratory with physical and chemical analyses.
